Định nghĩa</strong></p><p>Thì Quá khứ tiếp diễn (Past Continuous) dùng để diễn tả một hành động đang xảy ra tại một thời điểm xác định trong quá khứ hoặc một hành động đang diễn ra thì hành động khác xen vào.</p><p><strong>II. Cách dùng</strong></p><p><strong> </strong>1. Hành động đang xảy ra tại một thời điểm trong quá khứ</p><p> Ex: <i>At 8 p.m. yesterday, I was watching TV.</i></p><p> 2. Hai hành động xảy ra song song cùng lúc trong quá khứ</p><p>Ex: <i>My mom was cooking while I was doing homework.</i></p><p> 3. Một hành động đang diễn ra thì hành động khác xen vào (thì Quá khứ đơn chen vào)</p><p>Ex: <i>I was walking to school when it started to rain.</i></p><p><strong>IV.
